Tom Powell is the Founder of eXcell Forensics and brings nearly five decades of experience in commercial property claims and dispute resolution. He has spent more than 40 years in senior leadership roles handling complex commercial losses across manufacturing, agriculture, energy, processing facilities, and large-scale operations.
